Jai acheter un 500 pro et sincerement plus que decu il est inutilisable la vis est continuellement bloquer je lai aumoins desassembl 15x sur la 20aine dutilisation que jen ai fait. Jai essayer beaucoup de marque de granule et meme les plus petites du march bloque donc lapprovisionnement devient perieux. Jai tant de le retourner mais comme la facture cest effacer a la chaleur et quil a ete pay contant jai pas ete capable de le faire. Je pense utiliser les petite creance pour reussir son retour au fabriquant car il ne convient pas et que son utilisation nest pas a la hauteur du montant pay. Comme quoi le nom du fabriquant et la valeur pay ne correspond pas a un gage de qualit. Mon tragger a 500$ ma jamais donn autant de probleme

Extremely poor quality materials

I purchased this unit from TA Appliance in Barrie Ontario Canada in May of 2022. The unit works well and my issue is the extremely poor materials it is made from. The back of the main fire smoker is completely peeling and rust by September of 2022. I uncovered the smoker this week for the first time in 2023 and the lid for the pellet hopper is rusting in one corner and the back of the unit is continued to rust and the coating continues to peel and flake off. This is not my first broil king product and the entire reason I chose Broil King over Treager was based on my past owner ship and quality BBQs.

We have had our smoker for 1 year now and we still love it. Its simple to program with the digital method and everything turns out perfectly. Smoked whole chicken are our favourite and make the best broth for soup afterwards. Highly recommend this product.

purchased my Broil King from a local reputable dealer one year ago. Great after-purchase service. Have used it almost exclusively for smoking. Very little grilling so far. Unit performs to my expectations. Really enjoy the accompanying app to monitor and control temperature.

Great product and great customer service Honestly the guy showed us the features of this compared to the top models. When I mean top models I mean the best. This beats them in technology and functionality bar none We called broil king to assist us with the app and they were very responsive and amazing

Auger Motor Died

I bought this last October. On the 4th cook the auger jammed causing a fire in the pellet hopper which ruined the controller. Almost 3 months later and I still havent received the parts to get the grill back in operation. I feel like my money also went up in smoke.

Purchased last spring and it cooked very well but on the 4th time the auger jammed. Tech support blamed it on the brand of pellets. Finding Broil King pellets online was not possible Finally found a vendor but auger still jammed. Broil King is now sending another auger. Not a good grill after all.

I have had the smoker for almost a month and very pleased so far. Only issue is trying to keep the temperature below 180 F. Even wen set to 180 or lower it wants to keep climbing beyond 200

Did a fair bit of research with other smoker and pellet grill owners and decided that Broil King was the answer. Couldnt have been happier From low temp smoking right thru grilling steaks 600F with perfect grill marks. Best thing about grilling on the pellet grill.. NO FLARE-UPS We use it 3 or more times a week.. smoking roasting love that wood fired oven taste and grilling. Trays vs hanging buckets for the ashes and grease keep the pets from getting at them. And yes.. works fine at -40F ...
