We bought this dishwasher when we built a new house. From the start if didnt clean the dishes well. After only a few months it would get partway through a cycle and give an error message. Eventually it would not run at all. After two service calls it is still not working. It has been extremely challenging dealing with customer service. The first ordered replacement part was supposed to arrive in a day or two but took a week. The repair person didnt seem to have any parts on hand.

Purchased just over a year ago and have already had 3 service calls. The dishwasher is super quiet which is why we bought it. Over time it became louder and louder. LG has replaced the pump 3 times now. Usually takes a month or two before the noises return - fingers crossed the noise will not return.

I bought this dish washer less than 2 years ago from ABC warehouse. Initially we loved it can clean dishes. Recently the error code started to show up. I called service department. The technician checked and told me that control module might be broken. I need to pay $300 to repair. I decided to give it up. Since then the error code is on and off. I have to avoid some functions to wash the dishes. The control module becomes unpredictable.

My new dishwasher made lots of noise after install. First call customer service suggested it was my dishes. Second call got me a service visit sure enough water pump was bad. The service person was friendly professional and knowledgeable. Put in new pump in 20 minutes now its soo quiet Im not even sure its on. After the initial disappointment I would now hoghly recommend.

We purchased an LG kitchen package in Sept. They were installed by licensed plumber in Jan after a major remodel. The dishwasher sounded like there were rocks in the motor. Lowes service people sucked but when I called LG I had a repair person here in two days and it was fixed in another week after the new motor was installed. The repairman told me this was his 4th motor replacement on this new model. Sound like the motors are bad and LG needs to fix this on future models.

I bought this dishwasher 6 months ago and I would not recommend it. It started to leak from the top and the sides. Also note that you cant see the display once the door is closed. This means that you cant tell when the cycle is finished. Lastly the closing mechanism uses pressure to close this will eventually where out.

Dishes come out very clean and dry. Normally use the normal setting with high temperature. Never have used any wifi options or any of the other settings. Was originally looking for a BOSCH but they were unavailable and subsequently friends told me Bosch were problematic.

Best dishwasher Ive ever owned. Has adequate cycles and the controls are hidden on the top of the door. The adjustable tines work well as does the adjustable top rack. The third rack doesnt look like it would be helpful but I was pleasantly surprised by how much you can put in that space. I thought Id be disappointed in not having a drying element but dishes do come out dry just by using the extra dry feature. A very good product.

The unit looks great and is well made but I do have a problem with the way the racks are divided the upper rack has 2 very narrow racks that do not fit a normal glass or cup. When you fold them down the glasses slide around. Also It has too many settings too complicated. There should be a one hour wash setting for energy saving.The shortest time is the Turbo and that is 2 hours. The bottom rack has wasted space in the middle when loaded with small plates on one side .It does a good job cleaning and looks great I just wish the racks were better organized.

I bought an LG Dishwasher a few months ago and it cleans very well. However it takes from 3 to 4 hours to wash the dishes depending on the setting and it is vey loud. I can hear it in another room with the TV on. My previous 2 dishwashers have been LG and I was very happy with them. Very dissapointed with this one.
