This refrigerator was a last minute purchase. My 14yr old LG all of a sudden just quit working. I didnt have time to go out and shop for a new refrigerator. I needed a replacement right away so I went online and chose it sight unseen I was excited when it arrived the next day. I chose the no fingerprint exterior which is amazing This is a very nice unit exactly what I wanted with the exception of no ice in the door but that was an option I didnt have the money to include. It has great sized drawers and shelves inside both the refrigerator and freezer sections. Great features all around It is also very quiet and looks good with my stainless steel range and microwave. Thank you LG for making exceptional products

The refrigerator kept things cool freezer things were cold. The door has to be changed out the ice maker is broken when it makes ice it dispenses water out the water reservoir have to keep bucket under door. The water dispenser is slow to stop so water gets all over the floor. Not a happy customer

I bought my French door Refridgerator 5 months ago and the compressor went out. Im now in my third week of trying to get it repaired by an LG approved company. Im sure this is my last LG product. It should have been replaced instead of having to go through this ordeal

We purchased this item as part of a package for LG kitchen products from Lowes. We were looking to upgrade our kitchen with stainless steel metal type of appliances and this was what my wife liked along with the LG brand of products that we knew were rated as good value. We like the room and the features of it very well and are satisfied.

This fridge had a great price compared to others with comparable features and stats. It has fantastic capacity for a fridge its size and it keeps food very cold and fresh throughout both the freezer and fridge. All shelves in the fridge are adjustable and I love the drawers. My only complaint is that the ice in the ice maker tends to clump up under the dispenser over time preventing the ice from filling the bin completely. However this is a minor issue. Very happy overall.

My LG refrigerator is simply perfect Lots of frig and freezer space clean clear and bright lighting and adjustable shelves. Wonderfully slim water dispenser in door that makes no drips no mess. Beautiful fingerprint resistant finish just rounds out my kitchen appliances perfectly.

Only had for a few weeks but so this is a great refrigerator. Very large and definitely holds a lot. I like the slim water dispenser in door and ice maker in freezer. Ice maker being in freezer frees up room in the main compartment which is a plus. Only complaint I have is when water is filling the reservoir its loud.

This refrigerator has loads of space to hold all good items. Shelves are easily adjustable and door storage it roomy as well. 3 bins for vegetables fruit and cold cuts/cheeses are easily accessible.

Hands down the worst fridge Ive ever had for two reasons. The right side door doesnt have any kind of positive latch to it. Some fridges have mild suction pulling the doors shut or magnetic strips. This one has neither. Ive adjusted the wheels and that is not the problem. The 2nd flaw is that it doesnt keep food cool enough in the fridge. I have had it set at 33 F and I would say it is more like 40 F. It works by pulling cool air from the freezer but the way it circulates it is non-existent. Horrible design. I am also writing this review after owning this piece of junk for almost a year. Plus when it comes to getting help or having someone come out and look at it LG makes it so you have to jump through so many hoops. Guys not all of us use Facebook or Twitter...and having to wait 20 minutes to talk to someone only for them to give you troubleshooting tips that Ive already looked at doesnt help. You have a 1 year warranty own up to it and make it so people can get something taken care of.

We purchased this fridge from Lowes about 6 months ago. It is absolutely impossible to keep the stainless steel finish looking streak free. Fingerprints and water drips show up magically the next day after cleaning. We have tried everything from liquid soap and water vinegar and water auto spray detailers and of course the official Weiman stainless steel cleaner and polish. As to the overall interior it lacks too. Difficult to keep food organized. I would not recommend this LG fridge at all.

I bought this little of a month ago and here are my Overall plus PROs CONs for this refrigerator:
Overall- Large capacity French Doors have 3 adjustable shelf each 4 adjustable shelf that are see through 2 side/side fruit / vegetable crispers and 1 larger crisper at bottom of refrigerator. The water filter is located in the upper left of the refrigerator with a simple plastic pull down cover. The freezer has large pullout draw with one med size pullout tray. Also the Ice maker is located in the freezer compartment with a basket to collect the ice in the pullout tray. On the outside there is a water dispenser and control panel that allow setting off freezer refrigerator temperatures. Also controls for Plus ICE increase the ice making capacity Light On/Off for the dispenser Water Filter Replacement Indication light/reset and LOCK to lock the controls. The front is stainless steel plated In the back there is hookup for water and the 125VAC 3 prong plug. Overall look is very simple and good ergonomic. Unit was delivered with no visible defects and everything worked from the start.
PROs: Very good price for this size and features. Very easy to setup and understandable front panel controls without having to read the manual. Good visibility inside with clear shelfs and on the door shelfs. Freezer capacity is very large and the Ice bin only takes up about 0.33cf of space. Ice marker produces very good quantity of ice and has an on/off switch if needing to stop ice production. The fruit / vegetables crisper are easy to pullout for cleaning and are deep wide to allow large vegetables to be stored like eggplants.
CONs: To access the right fruit / vegetable crisper requires both door to open to allow it to be pulled fully out. The bottom crisper has a clear plastic overhang above it which restricts easy access to very back of the tray.

I bought this for our new home. It is hands down the best refrigerator that I have owned. The smudge proof exterior is awesome. There is ample storage on the doors for containers of all sizes from small condiments to gallon beverage containers. The shelves are easy to clean and allows for more storage than I expected. It easily held everything I needed for my holiday meals. In the past I have needed to put overflow in the garage fridge. The freezer design makes it easy to keep things neat and visible. I thought I would miss the ice in the door option but the ice is easily accessible and really dont miss that option. This was one of the least expensive refrigerators but is worth so much more. Great value.

I am totally happy with the seeming added space I have above. I compromised by buying only a in-door water dispenser because one with ice wasnt available as quickly as I needed one.
The freezer drawer self- closes. I love it. Ice in upper level drawer is readily reached.
My one issue is a gasket that tore. It was replaced during my warranty year. But The service person spoke with such a thick accent I couldnt understand him -or his receptionist.
Overall I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

Freezer is excellent the fridge could use some re-design.
The coldest location in the fridge is the top shelf nearest the primary vent circulating cool air. Despite a setting of 34 degrees probes and items on the lower shelf especially near the front never get below 39. Anytime you open one of the doors the time spend getting the lower shelf back to 40 is significant upwards of an hour. If the fridge is packed full say thanksgiving dinner left overs the bottom shelf is a risky place to put food. The upper shelf regularly dips to low 30s when the fan is running.
If there were additional vents for cool air along the sides of the shelves I believe overall cooling and air flow would be more consistent.

We bought this fridge for several reasons: the lack of ice maker in the refrigerator section the size of the unit and the price. The amount of space inside is amazing for our family of 5. And the water dispenser has no impact on the inside real-estate. We are very pleased with this fridge

Bought this fridge and paid for installation so that everything would be installed correctly. Less than 2 weeks after the fridge was installed an obnoxious loud noise was coming from compressor. LG sent a tech out from AE factory repair and the technician diagnosed a faulty board. The technician ordere the part to repair it but the company did not send a tech out to install it. I have taken two days off work to get this fixed and still have a deffective fridge that is brand new.

Purchased on 12-26-21. stop working on 11-12-22. Called 11-14-22. I was pushed from one rep. to another. Today is December 1st 2022. I had no refrigerator from 11-12. Nowhere to refrigerator food. Because of this way LG do their customers I will never make another purchase with LG as a brand name. Now I have to go out to make another purchase. The repair com. that was to come out on the 28th of November dont have the parks.

It is the most spacious home refrigerator on the market in 2022 and its inside is big indeed. Its almost two months into using it and unlike the previous ones we could not fill it up so far with our weekly grocery in both upper and lower chambers. The slim water dispenser design is a must in our search as it frees up the entire left door inside space. Its default temperature settings work just as desired and its quiet.

We bought this to replace our old refrigerator KA which was the same size outside and was not that old but had a lot of issues. The LG is incredibly roomy inside compared to our KA a much better design cleaner looking outside too and costs much less than the one we got rid of. All in all a superior product.

An expensive refrigerator went down between parts labor and trip time made more sense to replace. Although a bit smaller between layout and slim deign water feature actually gained more usable space. Glass shelves versus plastic easier to keep clean. Finger print resistance a big plus.

We traded a Frigidaire that was horribly noisy and had some faults in for this beautiful lg. Ive always wanted a french door refrigerator and Im really happy with it because I like having all the refrigerator at eye level like the old days. That means the produce doesnt go bad because I can keep an eye on it instead of forgetting that its there. The freezer is roomier than we expected which is great because we have a lot of frozen foods. The ice maker is quiet. I like that the top drawer of the freezer comes out with the bottom one a little ways so you dont have to reach all the way back to pull it out. I like the look of it I like the shelves and the doors and everything about it. Never thought Id spend this much on a fridge but hopefully itll last a long time.

I had a very similar unit in our last home and loved it. The difference was we had an ice external dispenser on the last one. This one seems to have a bit of trouble keeping the internal temperature at what it is set to. Otherwise it is a really good unit. I would recommend it to anyone with the room to have it.

Love the overall design of the fridge but I either got a lemon for a refrigerator or it is just a piece of junk. Ive already had 6 service calls. Thank goodness it was still under warranty. Broken filter housing broken water line broken ice maker freezer door not shutting freezer frosting up.Should I go on? Be sure to buy an extended warranty because all of these service calls were in the first year.

from 1st day the temperature in freezer when set at 0 would go as low as -7
temperature in refrig. when set at 35 never went below 39.7 hovered around 39-40 degrees. All I expected was to have a service person come out within 3 days to fix or replace. I placed at least 6 calls to LG each time the person on phone gave me different reasons why no one was available. After 2 weeks finally I had a call back stating that there were no service techs in my area...at all...and they would replace it or give me a full refund. Since there is no one in my area for repairs why would I ever buy or own another LG product. I replaced it with another brand same size and style for $1000 less

Had this refrigerator installed about a month ago. Have another LG refrigerator but this one is big. Lots of space. Water dispenser is great fast flow and takes up no space inside refrigerator. Love the no finger print design. Great refrigerator.
