I have had these headphones for about a year. When I use them for calls, the other party has difficulty hearing me. They were great in the beginning. The band on the next also broke within three months of purchase. They cannot handle being place in a bag or a purse.

I received these as a Christmas gift, and let me tell you, I wish I hadn't. I cannot believe Samsung would release a product this poorly designed. Not ONE set of the ear gels fit comfortably. The "Noise cancellation" is nearly non existent, and the sound is, simply put, not that impressive. What really blows my my mind is that the headphones from my old Galaxy III have better sound , fit more comfortably, and cancel more sound than these. How can that even be possible, Samsung. I am extremely disappointed in this product and I would not recommend to anyone. These are quite possibly the most uncomfortable earbuds I've ever put in my ears.

I bought these headphones to wear while working out, I was pumped not to have a wire in my way anymore. Well now is just as bad, these things never stay in my ear and fall around my neck constantly. Also -- don't bother running with these, they bounce and fall out within minutes. Also, the Bluetooth did not work well when answering the phone.

I had a great time listening using this headphones and it has some kind of noise cancellation. It's as if there was no background noise. Also, I do not like the in-ear designs headphones nowadays because it's not comfortable to wear, but with the Level U Pro, I'm having a very good time wearing it and it doesn't fall off. I have an excellent pair of headphones that I use everyday as part of my job. They are a fantastic pair of headphones, but, I needed a pair of headphones that I could use while I was at the gym and while I was working out outside. That's why I bought the Level U PRO Wireless Headphones. These headphones have worked out wonderfully well and I am very pleased. The only drawback to this headset, for me, is that I have a hard time getting the ear buds to stay in my ear. They keep falling out. Otherwise, I would give these headphones top marks. The bottom line is that these headphones do what I want and do it well. I not only would recommend them to others, but, I would buy them again.

When I bought these headphones they worked great and I had no issues. After a month of use the buttons on the side stopped working. At first it was intermittent, but now they don't work at all. I can't adjust the volume or sync it to a new device or pause or skip songs. The headphones are junk. Having such an expensive device break after only a month of use is not a way to keep customers around.

This product fits very well around the neck, comfortable and does not cause any itching feelings. The buttons are well space and easy to operate. I suggest the hanging headphone wires be made to with drown in after use.

I had tried many pairs of headphones and all of then were disaster till couple of days ago when I got my headphones. start from comfort to quality and look, samsung headphones are just amazing. the sound coming our from them was surprisingly great together with the mic especially if i use them with my note 5. Almost miss important phone calls today but thx to the vibration add in em don't have to worry no more. battery is great , one charge and still have them on ( believe it's my 3rd day) . next pair will be the Samsung Level level on pro . wonder what they have to surprise me with! This Product does everything it claims to do and more! Having the UHQ Upscaler turned on in the phone makes worlds of difference wt these headphones. It puts you through a series of sound test for both ears to find a nice balance and create a richer experience for you. Also downloading the Samsung Level app lets you choose to be alerted wt notifications, has equalizer settings and allows to toggle voice commands. The app lets you control the volume simultaneously for the phone volume and the headphone volume. These headphones can actually share the same audio to another pair of the same headphones wt a tap of a button from the app! thats pretty cool im waiting to get my boyfriend some of these for when we travel we can share the same audio when watching a movie on our tablet. The sound quality is amazing! the base is awesome and it just has a much richer experience out of the box and especially after you turn on the UHQ Upscaler on the phone. AND THEIR LOUD!!!! These are really nice, my brother had the regular level U's.... and these are 10x better!!! Definitely worth the extra money. the band around the neck feels more solid and stays in place on my neck, its very comfortable and light weight i always forget that its their. you can you the play pause button to answer and end calls and turn on music. the volume buttons when held alow you to jump to previous or next track. the microphone placement is awesome everyone hears me loud and clear. These headphones can be paired to multiple devices at once. i have them paired to my note 5 and my galaxy gear s watch. i can answer a call on either my phone or the my watch and the audio gets routed to headset. if im playing audio on one device and i play audio on the second... the second device takes precedence, till i stop play back then the 1st device resumes playing. its a seamless experience after the initial setup. the battery life is awesome i get mb 3 days out of these... and that's wt listening to music, making calls... and just having them in standby mode. when getting a call the headset will tell you who is calling and vibrate on your neck. you can pull the magnetic headphones apart and instantly answer the call, and when placed back together it hangs up. also you can pull the headphones apart and instantly have it start playing music. these settings can be turned on and off in the app. Another Cool Feature is it lets you pick 4 favorite apps that you would be using the headphones with and when pair with the phone and allowed to use with media.... the 4 apps show up in your drop down notifications bar for a quick short cut and great experience. i use google music, youtube, netflix and google play movies on mine. Samsung really put a lot of thought and time into these headphones. their definitely worth the money and highly recommend them! Your not just getting bluetooth headphones, but an experience that will change your life from ever using anything but these again! Also i might add then i use the for running and they fit perfectly in the ear, they dont bounce or move around and they stay in, and provide a loud rich experience.... if you get a phone call when listening to music the music will pause when the call is answered and when the call is ended the music resume automatically HOW COOL IS THAT!!! 1 more thing they are not really big and stick out of your ears really crazy they fit and look like normal ear buds which is a plus!

this is the best headset I've found. Comes with 3 sets of ear cushions. I don't like ear buds that sit IN the ear, but this kind rests easier on mine. Just 2 wishes: buttons should be bigger, and should have more sizes of the "winged" buds.

I use lots of higher end wireless headphones and was really hopingthis pair would be the perfect set, but they weren't. Although they did do very good. I love the design to make them more sturdy, it helps keep them in your ears while working out. They are very comfortable. I like the magnet clink design, but i wish they were either retractable or the magnet was much more powerful, they would constantly come apart if they are hanging down. The sound was very clear, great tone, great quality, loud, but i felt was lacking a certain bass that i perfer in my music. You can definitely hear the bass, but i could barely feel it and thats what it was really missing. Great for the price though. Thats my honest review.

I used to own the LG. 730., and I hated the fact that it disconnected when I. Walked 8 feet away from my phone. . Lightweight, comfortable, you literally wont notice your wearing. I use the largest ear cup included with no issues of moving or falling out, they literally stay put. Great sound and quality. For the best experience be sure to download Samsung level app and tweak out the sound plus adds many other settings and features. I do notice my note 5 running 6.0.1 does lag a bit with the level app and milk music playing. Not sure which is causing this issue. Also theres an issue where using the level app and tweaking the bass up, my level u pro cant achieve max volume on both the level and the phone simultaneously without causing the levels to stop playing and immediately enter a state where it makes a buzzing or humming sound like when you turn a microphone up to loud. I have to turn down volume and restart level. Quite annoying for a loud music bass lover like me. I may have very well have gotten a bad level u pro or they just cant handle that type of input. Not sure. But overall I give the level u pros an A+. Well worth the money, love the experience overall, I do recommend

I have not even had these a day so a more in depth review or update later on, but here are a few things I have had the time to find out about. Let's just say to start off, I have tried the Tone Infinim by LG and these are far superior. I am not sure if it's the fact that I couldn't change the earpieces on the LG tone or what, but the sound quality is no contest. These have much deeper bass and crisp highs. **Note: You have to find the ear gels that give you a snug fit, this will give you the most sound clarity including better bass output. You will not get a whole lot of bass, if any, unless you do this. Took one star off for features because I do like the retractable earpieces on the LG Tone Infinim, although the fact that these earpieces connect together via magnets is pretty cool and starting to grow on me. These are in ear headphones so you have to be able to customize the earpieces, not everyone's ears are shaped and formed the same way, extra plus to Samsung for having different sized earpieces. I like the way these are curved as if they are supposed to rest on your shoulder and around your neck, as opposed to the LG Tone series that is shaped like a horseshoe and hangs mostly from your neck and does not contour forward and downwards. Definitely more comfortable to wear. More to come...

Hands down best wireless headphones, i also have dr dre wireless powerbeats 2 and they dont come close on sound, the u pro's bass,and clarity are insane! The earbuds fit perfectly and they dont fall out during my cardio workouts.

Works well but my ear holes are tiny so they hurt after a little while. I was having problems with Bluetooth on my Note 5 but I received a replacement so now everything is working great. The sound on this headset is good. It has a nice balance to all types of music and talk radio.

I got these when I bought my Gear VR. They were half off when purchased with the VR so I couldn't pass them up. I don't usually wear headphones because of the shape of my inner ear. They just never fit. But I wanted to use headphones with the VR for a truly immersive experience. These are the first headphones in years that actually fit. So kudos for that. But the big story here is the performance. The audio quality here is top notch for the price. I have a note 5 and use the uhq audio feature and its breathtaking. I really like the magnets built in that will answer and end calls. Overall, this is a great set of headphones and I highly recommend!
